(texinfo-update-node): New autoload call.
(texinfo-every-node-update): Likewise.
(texinfo-sequential-node-update): Likewise.
(texinfo-mode-map): New binding for C-c ].
(texinfo-environment-regexp): Use concat, for clarity.
(texinfo-insert-@end): Fix paren error.
